This is about how nine West Country firms have joined together to form a consultancy called: Coalition Media.

The main subject for discussion was the importance of not tying small businesses up with red tape, otherwise they can become uncompetitive and find difficulty with competing in the international marketplace.

Up to £700 was available. All people had to do was sign-up, get the equipment installed by a provider and then apply for the grant.

In the article I mention that people do have other options if they can't get the services from BT.
