At the top of the page it asks you "What site will your ad link to?". You could choose to link the ad straight to your home page, but it is worth considering if there is a more relevant page further into the site.

For instance if the ad is about a specific product or service then link directly into the page with more detail about it.

The next question they ask is: "What do you prefer your customer to do?". The options are to visit you website only, or visit your place of business or your website.

Obviously if you're a retail outline It would make show potential customers where you are so they can come and visit. As you can see below there is an example of how your business will be listed on Google Maps and how the ad will look. The same listing will appear on Google local.

Then there is a question "What will your ad say?". In here you write your business name and the services or products you offer. Remember this is just one ad to start with, once you are up and running you can develop more ads with different products or services later.

Enter your phone number and then upload your logo. Ad with logos tend to stand out from the others.
